Yeah, borrowed a fryer from my bro-in-law "because everyone's doing it". What a gi-normous pain in the arse, the turkey got over-cooked, the clean up was a pain in the arse, the oil cost a fortune and the stress of not fucking it up... enormous. Not doing that again. Christmas, prime rib roast...and a ham. |

What a gi-normous pain in the arse, the turkey got over-cooked, the clean up was a pain in the arse, the oil cost a fortune and the stress of not fucking it up... enormous. Not doing that again. Christmas, prime rib roast...and a ham. It was messier than usual and getting rid of the oil was annoying (sorry, mother nature), but it was definitely better tasting than any boring turkey in recent memory. Injecting it with cajun seasoning helped. But yeah, once a year is enough for me. Prime rib and ham. |

The oil disposal should make the view of the creek a bit more enjoyable next summer. |

Revenge of the Nerds came out almost 40 years ago, and it’s still fucking great. Betty Childs.... Funny. I had a conversation about a week ago about movie remakes. A friend suggested remaking Nerds and I said not a chance unless they remove the consentual rape scene on the carnival moon. Louis pretends to be Stan and then eats out Betty and probably then some. She had no idea its Louis until they're done. No way that flies today. |
