I’m gonna sound like a CPA but the financial reports required for this fund were immense. Hundreds of pages , very complex disclosures, calculations etc.
There are only a handful of CPA firms that know how to do it. The audit would have taken a team of no less than 10 CPAs.
The fact that it was audited by a 2 man firm with an office in a strip mall next to a laundromat was somehow not noticed??.
be like saying you discovered the Corona vaccine with Dr Moonlight Graham and no one asked any questions
The SEC, NYS etc... all corrupt here as well.
