You have no idea how much joy this movie brings me. "Clifford" is a under/un rated gem. Martin Short is brilliant in everything he does, but this is on another level, especially when he plays his recorder. No idea how Grodin was able to keep it together while filming. |

Shame on me, never saw it?  Short is def. top 5 funniest mofo's, remember him as the "new guy" on SCTV in the early 80's. As far as Grodin, funny as well, but I thought his Letterman appearances were hysterical. His dry annoyance with Dave brought the comedies. Dave seemed at his best when playing off people pretending (or not) to detest him. Then he turned into a bitter old Queen (the same as his butt-boy pal Howard Stern) I'm glad he's retired. Dont need another lib suck-up talk show host |
