Vaccines are federally mandated right? Seems like it would be a good state's rights case. AFAIK it turns into a quid pro quo situation. Want fed money for schools? Vaccinate, as the CDC "recommends." Want CMS reimbursement for your hospital? Vaccinate, as the CDC "recommends." The real play here should parallel abortion rights, but so far no one has played hardball. |

I think I read/heard Desantis will not allpw mandating the vax for school kids. I imagine as it unfolds we'll hear more. |
