Over 12 million kids are suffering from hunger, and 3 million homeless vets. I will support this bullshit after they are all taken care of. Shut down the DOE and use that funding.

I won't support it even at that point though we both know that point will never come. If you come here from another country it shouldn't be to live off of the tax payers.

Funny video, but funnier is that my 12 year old sopne sent this to me last night. He has taken an interest in firearms (I was more of a chef at that age) and is telling me what he wants to get when he gets old enough. I asked him if he knew what the AR in AR-15 means and he was like "Armalite, duh." He's smarter than every moron that says "assault rifle."

A kid or even an adult can learn so much from handling a pellet rifle, including trigger control and just the general stance of holding a rifle. What better way to break a child into learning gun safety than to start out with a pellet rifle. They make them pretty powerful today and extremely accurate. You can even get them fully automatic.

Oh we have one. My parents have a house on the north fork and my old man HAD gorgeous rose bushes, but they were torn apart by deer. I brought out the pellet/bb rifle that I had as a kid. A few Christmas ago, I got my old man a paintball gun so he could tag the deer in bright yellow. But now he's taken the next step and allows hunters on his property. One acre of property and there's one tree that has metal footholds drilled into it. Every kill andy father gets a pic. He also has cameras everywhere so he can see the kills. I think he's just pissed about his roses.

I live in the burbs and I've created a 2'x2' space with a backstop that allows me to shoot in my backyard...if only I could upload a pic. Pellet rifles have come a long way over the last 20 years and are a blast to shoot, and also learn from.
