Wow could you imagine if all this is due to laziness?!?!? Unfortunately it was common practice in the 60s and 70s, even 80s, to remove contaminated soil from one location and dump it to fill in wetlands and such, and then build parks and playgrounds , school athletic fields, etc over it. |
