Joe Douglas is already looking like one of the best GM’s in the NFL. Yes, his 2020 draft sucked. But what he’s done in the 2021 & 2022 Drafts, along with some great trades, has turned this team around. I have total confidence in him. Hopefully JD can sustain this & the Jets can have a competent, sustainable front office for 30 years.

He learned for years under the tutelage of Ozzie Newsome, one of the best GMs ever. The only knock I have on him is that he was actually friends with someone as despicable as Adam Gase. Although, I’ll give him a pass and chalk it up him understanding the NFL is a dirty business and him knowing he had to be perhaps not friends but at least aquaintences with disgusting incompetentcock sucking pricks like Gase in order to advance his career, which actually worked for him. Pretty funny that Gase’s biggest legacy for the Jets was that he got rid of MacFuvko and delivered us JD. 😂😎 We seem to be setting ourselves up for a nice long run of exciting fun winning football. Finally!!!

Even his waiver wire claims have been awesome
JFM, Berrios, Herbig, etc.
Obviously everyone knows about JFM and Berrios, but Herbig has gotten better every week since he was inserted into the lineup.
I’d leave the OL as is even when dudes like Fant and Mitchell come off IR.

Keep in mind 2020 was the covid draft.
To be honest I think he has built up enough currency to survive Zach not working out. It helps that the QBs picked after him have looked poor as well.

He's built a roster where it doesn't matter if he's the guy. Its better if he is, If he's not, plug in any serviceable vet and we're making a run in the playoffs.
