You can tell the friend that was laughing knew what was coming. Guys are so fucked up sometimes. When we were kids, this guy named Billy was banging a can of spray paint against the tree. None of us thought it was a good idea, and then the can exploded and put red paint all over his face. We all died laughing. |

My cousin has a 45-70 and went shooting last week with a newbie and videoed his first shot. The guy couldn't get the scope lined up correctly and ended up scoping himself. The funny part was he got scoped right between the eyes...don't ask me how, and the blood was running down his face as everybody in the background were laughing their asses off. |

It should happen but that's going to be a tough one. Individual state laws are all over the map and change regularly unlike obeying country wide traffic laws. |

He should push Constitutional Carry and then release the statistics that show how successful it has been in states that enacted it. That is how you would solve that problem. |
