Back in the day, when the J E T S visited the RAIDAHS, I drove Mr. Johnson to and from his jet; during that time (think 2002 v Colts PO game) the ML grass was awful. He was quite aware of it. The Raiders seem to have the better technology now, but they also have 70 degree weather all year round. I doubt Woody would retrofit the stadium now. Rodgers is a difficult MF, never doubt. |

I love that Rodgers walked into camp today wearing this shirt as a big Fuck You to all the whiners because he missed 2 days of OTAs.

I think he's scheduled to make $14.5M this season, any idea what he wants? Probably, north of $25M a year, 3 years $75M? I think the Jets will do right by him if he performs as expected this season, but this sets a bad precedent. Additionally, the Jets will need to get some other people paid in the coming years so it's a balancing act for them. I get he is trying to exert leverage and I guess I'm old fashion but honor the contract then address what fair value is next year. |

If this is true I can't put a lot of blame on Douglas... I don’t blame Douglas for making the trade Reddick and his agent flat out lied to him. I will blame Douglas if he signs this guy for three years and $75 million. He’s a 30 year old pass rusher and every year you can find 3 ten sack guys that are available for about $10 million a year. |
