Cooper with another TD. Alabama down 6 after the blocked extra point. Something tells me the Cooper/White/Parker pre draft talk will get heated. And then we will pass on all three of them.

Amazing catch by D. Williams. Looks like he's hurt again. I hope he's ok.

To me, Cooper is the consensus #1. The only real knock on him is that he's not 6'4 and that he'll have the occasional concentration drop, but he definitely has that legit #1 receiver upside. He's in the mold of a Reggie Wayne or Chad Johnson. Overall I'd rank the Top 3 like this 1. Cooper 2. Parker 3. White/Strong

For some reason I just haven't watched much of Bama this year. And of course as I type this Cooper scores again.

You can't go wrong with either of them which is why we'll pass on them haha. As I typed this he just scored another TD. God damn he's good. There really isn't a hole in his game.

If Cooper was 6'4 people would be saying he's a Julio Jones/AJ Green type prospect. That's no knock on him though. He's still great obviously.

Can't think of the last time that I saw a more pro ready receiver coming out of college Guy could easily come in and put up 1200 yards and 8-10 TD's in his rookie season.

I just can't see him busting unless he gets injured.

Evans might surpass that this year and he's already missed a game.

Evans might surpass that this year and he's already missed a game. Evans is a physical freak. He's almost 6'6 and knows how to use his size to physically box out defenders. It's one of the biggest reasons that so many of us were high on him last year. He's the type of guy who turns those 50/50 jump balls into 80/20 jump balls. Cooper gets his on the field through exceptional route running and being able to create big plays in the open. He also has some incredible field awareness. Always seems to understand exactly where the chains/sidelines are. Cooper is the most pro ready blue chip WR to come out in recent memory. Pair this kid up with Decker, Harvin, Kerley and Amaro for the next 4-5 years and you're golden at the skill positions. If we can't land Mariota then my ideal scenario would be taking Cooper in the 1st round and then nabbing Gurley if he's still there in the 2nd. Take the best available OL/CB/OLB in the 3rd. Bring in a QB like Bradford, RGIII, Hoyer, or Locker in the offseason to compete with Geno in a truly open competition.

I know Paradis had him #1 and I think LJR, but that's it. My only concern after watching some of Cooper is drafting a 6' receiver in the top 5. I think Parker is going too show as that 6'4" physical freak.

I love Parker, but Cooper is basically the guy you can count on to at the very least be a reliable 900-1100 yard receiver for the next decade and maybe make a few pro-bowls along the way. He and Scherff are the two safest players in the entire draft IMO.

This draft is looking even stronger than I anticipated at WR and we need to get one of them on our roster. OL we can discuss later. BTW I'll take Peat 100 times out of 100 times over Scherff and it's not even close.
