Skipped brekkie for a online work demo session. (I work from a home office) Was hungry and not wanting cereal again grabbed some leftover cold cuts (ham, swiss) with some eggs, 1/2 and 1/2, (lt cream is a bit better) unused pie crust and voila' whipped up a great lunch, 350 for 50 mins in the oven. Mrs. Fjjsj usually does the cooking.

First time my ass. Am I the only one that recognized the serving utensil? That's a quiche server if I've ever seen one.
Now onto the real inquiry, marble counter tops?

My grandmother used to make something like that. She added spinach I think. Brings back memories.

Nice job. I'd only humbly offer that it should have a bit more color. Also, watch your top crust. It's a tad too thick.
Tart pan with a removable bottom would also make it look more traditional.

Not 'zackly Le déjeuner sur l'herbe but I'll take it.
