down to 190. need a belt for the fuckin 36s i bought last month. may have to work in some maintenance beer binges. Out of curiosity is this just by stopping alcohol or have you changed eating habits/exercising more?

Out of curiosity is this just by stopping alcohol or have you changed eating habits/exercising more? i cut out all junk food/processed food, sugar. eat mostly animal protein, eggs, etc., shooting for daily numbers ~150g protein, ~50g fat, ~30g carbs (good carbs ie vegs). resistance (weight) training twice a week, only around half hour each time, focusing on compound (whole body) exercises (ie dips, deadlifts) vs isolation (ie curls). 1 set of each exercise to momentary muscular failure (gotta pick a weight where you can do 8-12 reps to failure). minimal rest between going to the next exercise. roughly 10-12 different exercises per workout. i do zero cardio besides walking some, no counting calories. i'm not 'on the wagon' but only have a couple glasses of red wine once or twice a week, maybe a shot or two of bourbon a couple times a month. down 45 lbs since january

If methane is a potent greenhouse gas, you should probably hold your farts at 37000 feet. fuck that, i paid a lot of money for this ticket. and i hadda smell disgusting farts from loser fatasses on the lirr for 30 years i'm busting ass then side nodding toward any fat person near me when people get a whiff and look at me

Unfortunately none of them are above ghey DEI standards. Though one of them hooks it up with pretty sweet passes every time there's a golf event in the area. Last time the PGA Championship was at Bethpage Black, I was taking a dump in the pristine ESPN hospitality suite bathroom while the rabble were lining up to use glorified portapotties.
