Will 4/6 be the first time we get a look at our new Jets on the field? Apparently, that is the date for which teams with the new head coaches in 2015 get an early start at their off-season workout programs.

Anyone got any idea what date schedule is out, usually early to mid April? I think I heard April 17th but I'm not sure. I know that the NFL likes to have as much information as possible about rosters and coaching being in place so that they can setup all those juicy match-ups (ex. Expect a Sunday or Monday night game that brings Rex back to MetLife). I had thought they waited until after the Draft for the same reason and so that they could do something like get Winston or Mariota a prime-time game.

Haha....you're right, opening day Jets-Bills, you can book it. I think it was before the draft last year, it's driving me mad because I want to book flights for Jets-Giants with us only playing them every 4 years.

I look forward to that schedule every year in order to pick a few games to get back to. I really need a Jets home game (or two) around Thanksgiving week because we'll be heading back East for the holiday. I'm also tentatively putting a trip to Jerry's World on the list for a road game in Dallas (again, depending on the date). Last year I came back for the Denver game and then went to San Diego (which, as always had a fantastic Jets crowd and tailgate but where the Jets didn't score a $^%#%ing point!)

Anyone got any idea what date schedule is out, usually early to mid April? Last year it was released on April 24th but it has been released earlier too. Back in 2011, it was released on the 19th.

Anyone got any idea what date schedule is out, usually early to mid April? Per PFT, the current date being floated around for the schedule release is 4/23. "Per a source with knowledge of the situation, the schedule currently is expected to be released on Thursday, April 23. That date could possibly change."

What does this mean? It means that we could see another little flurry of signings starting on Tuesday, particularly by teams who lost players in FA and didn't want their FA signings this year to net out any draft picks they could be awarded in 2016 as compensatory selections. Not sure how much, if any, activity we'll see but there could be a pick up in acquisitions over the next few days.
