Just curious if anyone has been?Wondering if its worth the trip.Buddy of mine has been going now for the past few years. I like Jazz but not all jazz so i was checking out some of the lineup of bands and was actually shocked i thought it was just all jazz music thiers some actually good bands playing definitly would like to see the String Cheese Incident and a few others.So yeah was just seeing if anyone has ever been and if thiers any advice i should know or what i have to look fwrd too if i decide togo.

Well, if you don't care about going to a festival in New Orleans that is called JAZZFEST which features no jazz then you'll fit right in. Oh yeah, and if you want to walk around the stinky ass city that wreaks of puke and piss and screaming people saying, "Yeah baby!" while drinking giant hurricanes... then yeah you will find it enjoyable.
P.S. I've never been.

Haha south..Already made up my mind,well the wife made it up for me she said hell no shes not going.So we decided on myrtle beach instead.

Well, if you like fat people and a plethora of dive bars that resemble old wooden ships (decor, smell, and old pirate hookers waddling behind the bar) then Buffalo is your place. The only saving grace is that they invented the buffalo wings so you're probably going to get a good greasy plate of that shit. Oh yeah, did I mention you're likely to be snowed in? What should have been a mildly annoying weekend turns into a month long stay in white hell. But hey, at least you'll have all those fat people pressing and mouth breathing on you so it will keep you warm. |
