Good Morning fellow lovers of Green and White ...
Today on this day in 1980 Jets LB Ryan Myers was born in Oberlin, OH.
Ryan played for the Jets in 2005 and 2006.
Also, in 2009 on this day the Jets resigned FB Tony Richardson...
Tony was a smash mouth FB and it was a lot of fun to watch him mow down the opposition.

A couple of signings to add for today. Both from 2/27/09: Jets re-signed one of their own, guard Brandon Moore to a 4 year $16MM deal. Hoping someone like Dozier or Harrison can be another Brandon Moore, a guy who needs a couple of years but develops into a really good starter for a long time.   On 2/27/09, Rex Ryan brought in one of his guys from Baltimore, signing free agent Bart Scott from the Ravens. Scott signed a 6 year $48MM deal to join his former DC in NY. |
