Firefox has been my favorite browser for a lot of years, mostly because it was faster and because of the open source add-ons like ad block. But about two years ago it developed an issue with the Flash plugin that causes it to crash constantly. From what I've read this problem seems to be affecting millions of users and they are starting to abandon Firefox in droves. Yet the documentation on the Firefox site addresses the problem briefly and blithely, as if they don't get how big an issue it is for their browser to crash half a dozen times a day. The workarounds they list amount to Tier 1 troubleshooting and do not resolve the problem. Is anyone elese experiencing hhis and does anyone have a fix that works?

A good way to fix it is to switch to Chrome.
