Coples below average. Another gem of a pick.

Lol @ Mario Harvey. Who is that?
Not sure how Amaro is below average, he had a pretty productive year for a rookie in the NFL's worst offense.
Coples is only below average because Rex failed to realize that he's not an edge rusher, he needs to play inside on passing downs or stunt in from an end position. He uses his leverage really well on inside moves but he's not as effective outside. Bowles will get more out of him and I expect him to be a lot better this year.

It seems like he drops as many passes as he catches. And they're typically balls right at him that any pro should easily catch. He better figure it out quick. Coples has never impressed me. He is playing out of position, but the position he's been playing, he's not producing outside of a big play here and there. He wouldn't even be playing or on this team still if he wasn't a first round draft pick. He had to be benched a few times last year for nobodies.

Hopefully Amaro takes some responsibility unlike that little shit Hill (he bitched a ton after being cut). To me that was what probably held Hill back, his complete lack of drive and how he probably never accepted any blame. Coples is a 3-4DE. I think he goes to another team and ends up being a pretty productive player at the position. It was truly a waste of a pick by Rex/Tanny. He never really thrived as an edge rusher in college. His best year came as a tackle, but that "genius" Rex felt he could turn him into an OLB.

Team needs? QB, it all starts here from the top down. It is plain and simple that you can not go into the 2015 season with these QB's. Once this is addressed we continue to grow. End of story.

Coples below average. Another gem of a pick. i saw that too. the bottom line is the team simply can't miss on the players they take in the top 3 rounds. couples should have made it possible to let pace go.

Aside from a very good D line, our defense is garbage from top to bottom. Idzik really screwed this team up, badly.

I was told on multiple occasions that he was a prototypical edge rusher. This, despite my claims that he lacked suddeness and had a build that was ill-suited for the role the Jets had him in.
