I haven't found a place deserving of an upper decker. Yet.
One time I was in a club, about twelve years ago, and I got mad at the shitty bar service. So I went to take a piss and decided to clog up the toilet because there was a pretty good chance the shitty bartender would be the one to have to unclog it. I clogged the toilet and gave it a few flushes so it overflowed some. Apparently I unhooked the ballcock or the flapper and the water kept pouring into the bowl. I flooded the entire club in like ten minutes.
