Fucking Rangers look sloppy as fuck tonight. How about shooting the puck at the net, faggots? this game is sickening. like night and day from game 1. And they will boggle your mind and come out and play a flawless game Wed night (hopefully). They are going to have to score some fucking goals at some point. These 2-1 games are bullshit. St. Louis is playing like shit, his old ass better wake up.           |

Great game last night between the Hawks and the Ducks. Recorded it and watched the OTs this morning before heading into work -- I was late this morning. Should be a fun series to watch the rest of the way -- hoping to see this one go 6 or 7.

Should be a fun series to watch the rest of the way -- hoping to see this one go 6 or 7. Didn't see the game. Heard the Hawks got robbed, goal off the face doesn't count? |

He deliberately headed the puck in. Would have been a beautiful goal in a soccer game -- but according the NHL rule book, "Apparent goals shall be disallowed when the puck has been directed, batted or thrown into the net by an attacking player other than with a stick." Fucking 12 goals allowed in 2 goddamn games. Rangers have shown -- over these last two playoff seasons -- that they are one of those teams that are awfully hard to beat. Last year they were down to Pittsburgh and came back. This season, they were within about 90 seconds of elimination in 5 to Washington, and came back to win. If they are going to be beat in a close game, it seems like it has to be in OT (or with 1 second left like the game in Wash), because if they are down 1 late, they will find a way to get it tied. Give them time to come back and they will. I still expect this team to bounce back and play much better in their own end and win the series. Last night's game was a wildly entertaining hockey game (for a non-Ranger fan like myself). I am sure it was brutal to sit through for some of you guys. |
