Been meaning to ask this question for a few days and just saw KRL posted something about him on JN. Have any of you guys watched film on him, and if so, can he play on the outside? Sounds like he did in college and I like the idea of a "Swiss army knife" LB for us in the 2nd round (especially if we don't go there at #6 and Harold is gone before our 2nd pick). Opinions?

He played OLB in his first college season: Pauline says he was ranked as a first round prospect after that season and that most teams have him ranked as OLB.

I'm a big fan and wouldn't mind taking him at the top of the 2nd at all.
I saw someone mention earlier that he's a "swiss army knife" and I totally agree.
Can play on the inside, can play on the outside and can put his hand in the dirt in obvious passing situations.
I personally think that McKinney is a more realistic option at #37 than Harold. Wouldn't be surprised to see Harold ultimately go in the early 20's.

Very impressive size/speed ratio with good ability to stuff the run. If they think he can move outside and rush the passer (he certainly has the size you would like as a 3-4 OLB) then he could be a good pick in the 2nd round.
Big, fast, powerful...could be a nice strong-side successor to Calvin Pace.
Actually reminds me size/speed wise of Jeff Lageman - another college ILB who the Jets drafted and moved outside, to good effect.
