I want Mariota. ..no secret. No way he makes it to 6. Here's my plan...
Here’s YankeeJet22 Mock draft up to our pick. (IDGF after we pick.)
1 Tampa- Marcus Mariota
2 Tenn- Leonard Williams
3 Jax- Dante Fowler Jr
4 Raiders- Amari Cooper
5 Redskins- Todd Gurley
6 Jets- Jameis Winston
***TRADE***
The Tampa Bay Bucs make a pre-draft agreement with the NY Jets, where they agree to draft Mariota for the Jets. The Jets convince the Bucs that they can still get Winston, but also pick up a 2015 3rd Rounder, and a 2016 1st Rounder OR Mo Wilkerson. The Bucs feel Mariota is a worthwhile consolation prize in the event that Winston is drafted before he gets to the Jets at 6.
The Jets are convinced that Mariota is right for them, and worth the 1st rounder they’d have to surrender.
Why would Tampa do this?
It guarantees them one of the top two QBs, with the possibility of gaining a player/picks along with one of the QBs.
Why not trade with a team before the Jets 6th pick?
Tenn wouldn’t. They’re already in position to take one of the two.
Jax wouldn’t. Bortles.
Oak wouldn’t. Carr.
Washington, Doubt it. Would they send multiple picks for a QB after the RG111 thing? So, No. Why not get more from a team after the 6th pick?
Because then both QBs are taken by 6, the Jets would be one of them.
Fire away!

I get your love for Mariotta but if Winston falls to the Jets for some silly reason, then the Jets will take Winston. Period. Also I would never trade an accomplished pro bowl caliber type DT in Mo Wilkerson for the rights of any of these QB's or players in this draft. That would be both risky and stupid. Got to give you credit though, it was somewhat creative and funny too.

Yes you heard me...SILLY...because some team will trade up for him very quickly, namely Houston, Cleveland and even the Chargers to name a few. And if he got to Washington they will draft him in a heartbeat because they know that RG3 is done. So what am I missing?

Someone that they also like. Remember, the Glasers reportedly are iffy on Winston.

At this point I will see it has a huge surprise if the Bucs pass on him. That being said I am not opposed to Mariotta, it just wouldn't be my first choice and I just don't see that scenario happening.

We'd have to trade our whole draft and/or probably include next years number one to move up to the two spot, the only way we get either QB...

WTF?
No team in the #1 position in need of a QB is going to trade away the opportunity to take (in their opinion) the best QB in the draft even to take the second best QB when the difference between #1 and #2 could be a HOF player or a bust at the most important position on the field unless it truly believes the two players are fungible. If the Bucs really believe that then they could trade back to the second pick and take whichever QB is left and get a lot more out of that trade than some janky agreement with us.

Unless of course the Bucs have them just about even. and btw a trade between the Titans at two, and the Bucs would never happen.
