Alright, fuck Steve Perry (not really, guy had an amazing voice no matter what you cunts say) But fuck Daltrey and the like, the same Eddie Vedder was awesome. Don't care how much shit people want to give Suupe. He takes my 5th place. You keep dismissing Daltrey, and I get it's your opinion. But I don't get how you can have a 5 greatest rock frontmen list and put people like Perry (pop-rock, great voice), Vedder (niche genre, limited range, boring as fuck) and Morrison (see Vedder, Eddie) ahead of him. Guy was a GREAT showman with excellent (but not elite) range and was able to transcend genres. Again, you don't have to like him, but you certainly can't discount him given the topic. |
