July 24, 2013: Jets made a series of roster moves.
Signed Braylon Edwards to a 1 year contract. He would be waived about a month later, never making the 2013 roster. He couldn't make the roster over such WR studs as Ben Obomanu, Clyde Gates, Stephen Hill, David Nelson and Greg Salas. A definite sign that it was time for Braylon to hang them up.
A lot of great moments from Braylon in his first sting with the Jets. My favorite was this catch that set up the game winning FG in the '10 Divisional Playoff against Indy. I was sitting in the stands with my son that evening. Best Jet moment that I have ever seen live was that playoff win.
