I think there's a good chance Cook could still be around. No chance Lynch or Goff are there. Still, it's REALLY early. We'll get a better idea within the next 2-3 months. How many of those QB's are 3 year starters who will complete their graduation requirements? All of them

Not a fan of Chan either Not using Kerley and the TE's is nuts so i guess putting up the most season yardage since the 85 team is nuts? when they field marshall, decker and enunwa they have some pretty big and good receivers. it's pretty hard for the typical corners to match up on and you will hardly ever see a wr covered by a lb or even safety. chan did a retty good job considering fitz's career and the running back injury situation.

We'll get a better idea within the next 2-3 months. Cook is an interesting case. I wonder if he will plummet based on that simply pathetic bowl result after a solid year...Actually, I think both he and Lynch struggled in their bowls right? Kind of hope this is a bit of smoke screening by Mac because OL and OLB feel like needs we can affect at the moment more effectively at pick 20...

To your point, we lost most of the games this year when Fitz was trying to do it all himself. Yesterday he knew our D couldn't stop the bleeding so it was up to him. And he's not that kind of QB.

Bowles and Mac want Fitz back. I don't see Geno staying around, even though he now has more knowledge of Gaileys offense. But if they decide to take a QB in the draft, he's the odd man out with Petty stepping up to the #2 spot and Fitz getting the start.
And I really have no problem with that. Unless Fitz's play dramatically falls off in the offseason, he should be back under center, while the youngins learn. Find a dynamic RB, slowly patch up the OL and I think they can continue where they left off. And now you've got a year under their belt all playing together, and then in the upcoming off season as well.

Frankly something I never considered at the beginning of the season. I thought I was wearing green colored glasses when I predicted 8-8. lololol

Gotta feel for Marshall too. Can't believe he's never been to the playoffs.

That's the most confident I've seen Bowles about something in regards to the roster.

That's the most confident I've seen Bowles about something in regards to the roster. To say anything else at this moment would be silly. If he signs with the Jets, he's the best QB on the roster. He gives Bowles just enough out of the QB position while he fixes the rest of the team. But, it does not mean the Jets are not looking for the next QB.

I jut think he's the perfect bridge at QB, while you look and draft that next guy. Fitzpatrick would also be stupid to even look anywhere else. Where you gonna go, the Browns?

Great. Buffalo picks right before us. That'll be fun. Saw this. Rex's delusional ass is sold on Tyrod Jets take Cook at #20 or go OL and grab Wentz/Hackenberg in Round 2 If we blow a 2nd rounder on Hack, Im really done.
