He don't have too say anything, just look at who he used. The players he used the most at OLB were Coples, Richardson, and Pace. They also drafted Mauldin who is around 260. Floyd weighs 220. Name me one OLB in a 3-4 that is successful at that weight? How does 6'7 @ 265 with 20 tackles for a loss, 11 sacks, 1 INT & 3 FF sound? The question is can Kaufusi play OLB at that size? We sure as hell don't need another 5 tech.

It's my understanding (from what little i can find out there) that's what he did this past year. He's the flavor of the day so i haven't fleshed out his collegiate career yet, but there's footage of him playing standing up, dropping in coverage, etc. It's not out of his wheelhouse. The entire Connecticut game on draft breakdown is played as OLB. The question with Kaufusi is, does he have another gear? I want to see WAY more power/aggression at the point of attack. I think he's capable of dominating... but he hasn't put it all together -- hence why he's a rnd 3-5 prospect.

With his size, if he shows athleticism and motor he could fly up draft boards. With a good week, we could be talking about him as a day 2 pick in a couple of weeks.

I mean how do you know what he likes? Where did he say it? He don't have too say anything, just look at who he used. The players he used the most at OLB were Coples, Richardson, and Pace. They also drafted Mauldin who is around 260. Floyd weighs 220. Name me one OLB in a 3-4 that is successful at that weight? That's a good point. People should look at the top 15 sack leaders in the NFL and then see how many are under 250 pounds.
