Man I love Mo, and I think the Jets do as well. But I think Mac would trade him for a 1st rounder. How about to the vaGiants for their 10th pick? they have a ton of cap space, and they get a sure thing in Mo. 10 Treadwell & 20 Elliot or 10 Wentz & 20 Spence Not to mention Mo would be out of the conference, which means the Jets won't see him all that often over the remainder of his career. I'd hate to see Mo leave, as he is one of the few home-grown success stories in recent times. To answer the question of the thread, IMO, the only reason why you'd trade up is if you're hunting a QB. Jets have been seeking a franchise QB since Joe Willy left Broadway. If Mac and Bowles believe that someone like Goff or Wentz is the answer and the price is affordable, go for it. Don't die wondering. |

Ok this is crazy but I don't give a fuck....I'd give the ravens a phone call and offer Mo, our 1st (20) for their 6 and draft Myles Jack. Sign snacks...done.

Call Tennessee and give Mo, our #20 and next years 1 for a QB - Wentz. may have to add another pick in there based on draft value, but TN needs a lot. Now being serious and answering the question, only QB Wentz, or whoever Mac thinks is the franchise QB. I don't think we trade up this year. |

Don't think it is possible -- Ravens cap situation is similar to ours. They have about $10 million in space, I don't see how they could add Mo's contract. |

If Stanley, Goff, Wentz, or Jack dropped to the Bears pick I'd love to trade Mo and #20 for Jeffery and #11. No way it ever happens tho because real life isn't like Madden.

Wilk + 1st + 2nd for #1 in the draft where we pick Wentz... BOOM lol a man can dream. The thought process (admittedly crazed process) would be that Tennessee is swimming in cash and gets an elite lineman while still having the opportunity w/ our 1+2 to trade back up and grab a nice LT in staley if they so choose. This is assuming that Lynch actually was bad as far as X's and O's. If he wasn't I'd trade Wilk for a future 1st or something.
