Zach Greenwell of the Bowling Green Daily News reported that Higbee, 23, was charged with second degree assault, second degree evading police and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
He was booked at 2:41 a.m. Sunday, less than three weeks before the draft, and now he’ll have a bunch of questions to answer for NFL evaluators.
The 6-foot-6 Higbee was No. 76 on last week’s Rotoworld draft prospect rankings. He caught 48 passes for 563 yards and eight touchdowns as a senior despite missing five games due to injury.

Saw that this morning... what a moron. He was gaining momentum to be the 3rd or 4th TE selected. Personally, i thought he was probably the 2nd best.
