Figured I'd take a stab at it....
1) Jack Conklin- Starting RT for a decade...goodbye Giacco! 2) Kyler Fackrell- OLB that can do it all 3) Christian Westerman- OG/C solidifies the right side and can be our future center. 4) Jacoby Brissett- QB prototypical arm and size got crushed because of a terrible o line. But he has the ability to be a starter. 5) Harlan Miller- CB aggressive strong tackler ball hawk type 7) Jakeem Grant- WR blazing speed but smallish receiver. Dangerous PR/KR. Can play in the slot.
Thoughts?

Overall it looks solid and I like how you allocated the selections and filled needs. On the negative side I think Conklin is getting way overrated and I'm not a fan of a QB after the first round. Enough with trying to strike gold.....if you want a QB get one in the first or even move up if you have to. Don't know anything about Grant but if he's a good returner with blazing speed, what's not to like.

And I certainly don't want to reach on Conner Cook.

And I certainly don't want to reach on Conner Cook. Same here. Cook has all of the makings of a career B/U. At this point after the big three, the only other QB I wouldn't be pissed off in the later rounds is Brandon Allen but I'd still lean towards a different position.

I like the Brissett pick as a developmental prospect .
Love the Conklin pick .
I would prefer to take an OC in the 2nd round and maybe a RB in the 3rd or vice versa .

Conklin would have never been a first rounder in last years draft. Not a chance in hell. It speaks volumes about the talent in this years draft that he is considered a sure fire first rounder with some mocks having him in the top 15.

Conklin's a low ceiling pick that says - "We didn't know what else to fucking do, so we took this guy" Haven't watched enough Fackrell, but haven't been told to either. So that's what that says about him. I like Westerman I'm tired of hail mary project QBs Harlan Miller won't make it out of the 3rd And i don't know what a Jakeem is. There... happy now!?! haha

There... happy now!?! haha Yes, very much. That is what I expected, so don't let me down in the future. Crazy shit is I agree with everything you posted about those prospects to a "T". We need too start disagreeing on some prospects going forward to generate some lively debate.

We need too start disagreeing on some prospects going forward to generate some lively debate. well, i'm planning to throw out some top 5 type threads soon, so maybe we can start there? This particular class doesn't have a lot of putty to work with in the "eye of the beholder" spectrum. There's some room for disagreement with corners and dlineman, but that's not super hot topic here. WRs is up for grabs but it's been exhausted a little. You add in the fact that we already addressed RB, and the topic cupboard is kind of bare. ....Quarterback seems to be a constant though. btw; JP -- just cause i didn't fall head over heads for your draft, don't mean i don't like it. We need these kinds of mocks to contrast the stream of dream scenarios constantly exercised in these forums.

Thoughts? I like the Westerman pick fine. I like the Brisett pick fine. I like the Harlan Miller and Grant picks fine. Not as high on Fackrell as others. Conklin had better be a legit move to LT prospect though for me. I'm still old school enough to think that you don't draft a RT early on. If he can be more than a 'we hope he can play LT' guy fine.
