Devils advocate.... Maybe I missed it, but how do we know he's Muslim. And it would be wrong for a reporter to speculate that that was the reason, until the investigation is a little further along. A reporter can only deal wit the facts in play. It may well be he is Muslim and that was the reason, but this is not known now. It would be irresponsible to print that at this time. A follow up, after an investgation is warranted.

A follow up, after an investgation is warranted. Irresponsible even to raise it as a possibility?? Didn't stop the media from assuming zimmerman was a white guy. In fact they invented "white hispanic" just to preserve their desired narrative. Isnt it the medias job to "inform"? Look at the comments to the article. The public is assuming he was muslim. Maybe if they addressed this in the article, we all could be more informed. Responsibilty never seems to be an impediment when raising the possibility that a cop shot a kid just because he was black, or any other accusation against the usual targets of media bias. Just for once stop being contrarian for the sake of it? The crime happened Tuesday! Jimmy Olsen could have figured out by now and reported on the fact of whether the guy was Muslim and if it could have played a role. Isn't it the media's role to ask questions?

Did you read what I said? said a follow up is warranted with more facts. wtf? If in an initial story you want to jump from...unusual name to must have killed him because he was Muslim...I'm not on board.

Since we're on the topic I suggest you guys check out the ESPN 30 for 30 about the Duke Lacrosse incident. Its a bit lengthy but very well-done.
That one is the gold standard for me when it comes to liberal media bias and how liberal politicians pander and lie to blacks. What a gem.

It does not take Woodward and Bernstein to run down the guys religious views.

Irresponsible even to raise it as a possibility?? Didn't stop the media from assuming zimmerman was a white guy. Zimmerman is a white guy. No invention required, Hispanics are people descended from Spain. Spain as in Europe. Europe as in White People. Hispanic is not a race. They're Caucasians just like all Euros are. No. It's their job to sell advertising for their TV channel/newspaper. Capitalism ftw. Same as they assumed Obama was Muslim, right? Maybe he was a converted Christian fundamentalist, I hear they don't like gays much.... Are you in possession of information proving he was Muslim, and that's why he killed his wife and son? If so, you should report that to the authorities, as they appear to lack that evidence. By the way, speaking of hypocrisy, Christians calling out others for their treatments of gays? Yeah..... Maybe you should start your own News Site then and show them all how it's done. Bet it will sell advertising like gangbusters.

It does not take Woodward and Bernstein to run down the guys religious views. Seems as if as more comes out religion played no role in this. So I'm glad it wasn't speculated. listen, we know in many cases there is bias. In this case, it wasn't the reluctance to identify the father as Muslim, it was the jump to "he killed him because he was gay". Because as my esteemed friend Fish knows....gotta get that salacious headline! "Man an kills so because he was gay"....is awesome cluck bait, even if there's is no evidence that it's true.

Well turns out the family were Christians. Why didn't the bias media mention this? Gay killing Christians! 'Cause these days killing white people and/or Christians is no big deal and doesn't make money? We pretty much deserve it anyway, the narrative goes...
