Alabama offensive tackle Cam Robinson, one of college football's top players, was arrested early Tuesday morning.
Robinson was booked into Ouachita Correctional Center in his hometown of Monroe, Louisiana, on a felony charge of illegal possession of stolen firearms and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was also charged with illegal carrying of a weapon in the presence of narcotics.
He remains in custody as of this writing on a $750 bond, according to Ouachita Correctional Center records.
Robinson, a junior who is entering his third year as a starter, was ranked as the No. 13 player in college football earlier this month by NFL Media analyst Chad Reuter.
Crimson Tide defensive back Laurence "Hootie" Jones was also booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center early Tuesday on charges of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and illegal carrying of a weapon in the presence of narcotics. Jones, a junior, has appeared in 16 games over the past two seasons, recording four tackles.

A sure fire 1st rounder at this stage with a felony charge already. SMH...... And how is bail only a $750 bond for these charges?
