A 23-year-old cheerleading coach has been accused of having sexual intercourse with a student after inviting them to a party on Twitter.

Morgan Judy, a full-time supply teacher at both Linton-Stockton High School and Bloomfield High School in Indiana, was arrested on Friday last week on charges of Level 5 felony child seduction and Level 6 felony child seduction.

Judy, who also acted as the Bloomfield cheerleading coach, allegedly contacted the student through a social network and had sex with them at the party last month.

Police were contacted by Bloomfield high after the school learned about the incident and both the teacher and student were taken in for questioning by officers.

The student reportedly told Indiana State Police Detective Brad Stille under preliminary questioning that the pair had just kissed, but in a follow-up interview stated that they 'did more than kiss'.

'(Student) advised while at the party, (student) and Morgan Judy kissed, but did not have sex,' Stille wrote in the initial interview report.


'Later, Morgan was confronted about (student) admitting to kissing, Morgan replied that she didn't remember due to the alcohol, but would have remembered if she and (student) had sex.

'Morgan said she probably did invite (student) to the party,' Stille wrote in the probable cause.

The student later provided more details about the incident and showed messages between Judy and the student which were backed up on a computer.

In the messages, Judy reportedly told the student not to tell anyone about 'huge hickies' she had given the student.

She also reportedly told the student to delete the messages and to deny anything happened and to tell others she was 'incoherent and couldn't even speak a straight sentence lol.'

'Morgan told (student) to delete the text messages and the Twitter messages, her contact number from (student's) cell phone and to stop texting her,' Stille wrote.

Judy was booked into Greene County Jail at last week on a $14,000 bond with 10 percent and has bonded out.

CANTON, Ohio — A former high school physical education teacher in Ohio has been sentenced to 30 days in jail for having sex with three students.

The Canton Repository reports 36-year-old Tiffany Eichler apologized to the students, the Canton school district and her family before sentencing Tuesday.

Eichler pleaded guilty last month to three counts of sexual battery. Her sentence includes 300 hours of community service and a $1,000 fine. She’s required to register as a sex offender for the rest of her life.

Prosecutors said Eichler, a teacher at Canton McKinley High School, had sex with two 18-year-old students and a 17-year-old. One of the encounters occurred after school in a classroom.

Her attorney in arguing against a longer sentence said Eichler has suffered humiliation and the loss of her career.
