A former high school guidance counselor in New Hampshire accused of sexually assaulting a 14-year-old girl will likely take a plea deal to lesser charges next week, according to a report.

Kristie Torbick, 39, who looks like the sweaty love-child of ET and Roseanne Barr, is expected to plead guilty on Monday to four counts of felonious sexual assault in connection to incidents involving a female student at Exeter High School between December 2016 and January 2017, the Union Leader reported.

Torbick, of Lee, surrendered to police in Exeter a short time after the alleged trysts when investigators were alerted to reports of sexual misconduct at the school. Torbick, a first-year employee at the school, spent five years previously as a counselor in Bedford, where a school superintendent said she had a “great record,” according to the newspaper.

Torbick was indicted last year on a total of nine counts, including four counts of felonious sexual assault and three counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault, the Bangor Daily News reports. She allegedly engaged in “sexual penetration” with the 14-year-old student on Dec. 30, 2016, as well as other sexual acts that took place in Exeter and Epping.

Torbick also engaged in similar sex acts with the teen a week later while in Lee, where she “provided therapy [to the victim],” according to court documents that also allege Torbick had the girl perform a sex act on her.

Prosecutors will ask a judge for a five- to 10-year prison sentence for Torbick. Assistant County Attorney Melissa Foles said the remaining charges will be dismissed in exchange for her guilty plea to four counts of felonious sexual assault.

An attorney for Torbick, who is no longer employed by New Hampshire School Administrative Unit 16, indicated to a judge in a notice of intent to plead guilty last month that he will seek to have her prison sentence suspended for 10 years.

Torbick will also be required to register as a sex offender and have no communication with the alleged victim or unsupervised contact with children under the age of 18 except her own children, the Union Leader reports.

A longtime California teacher who also worked part-time as an Apache raiding settlers homes and scalping them for trophies, was arrested for having a sexual relationship with a high school student that lasted more than three years, police said.

Angela Webb, a 50-year-old PE teacher at Tulare Union High School, was arrested Friday at her home in Tulare, about 50 miles southeast of Fresno, after police learned of the alleged relationship late last month, the Visalia Times-Delta reported.

The alleged victim is a former student at the school, where Webb also coached volleyball during her five years there. Police officials refused to further identify the former student due to the “sensitive nature” of an ongoing investigation, Lt. Jarod Boatman told the newspaper.

The victim has confirmed the allegations, according to police.

Webb, who has been employed by the Tulare Joint Union High School District since 1992, was placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the probe, district officials confirmed in a statement. Webb earns in excess of $133,000 annually, including benefits, according to the Visalia Times-Delta.

“The district takes the allegations against Mrs. Webb very seriously and is continuing to work with Tulare Police Department as they investigate this matter,” school officials said in a statement. “While the district understands the need and desire for more information, there are specific laws that govern school districts which prohibit the district from sharing details of an ongoing personnel investigation.”

Parents at the school were stunned by the allegations.

“That’s really shocking and annoying because I have a son who goes there,” parent Alfred Crisp told KFSN. “Who is to say it didn’t happen to him?”

Webb, according to the station, allegedly performed sex acts on the unidentified student, who has since moved out of California. Investigators are also not ruling out the possibility of other victims, KFSN reports.

“It’s definitely not OK,” Crisp continued. “They should be held at a very high standard because they are teaching our kids. They’re supposed to be teaching them bigger and better things and this is not good at all.”

A former student of Webb’s, meanwhile, said Webb seemed like the type of educator who strictly followed school district procedures and guidelines.

“She went by the rules,” Linda Delgado told KFSN. “It was always the way she wanted things to be done. Typical strict teacher.”

Webb seemingly excelled as a volleyball coach at Tulare Union, leading the school’s team to four league titles between 2008 and 2013, YourCentralValley.com reports.

“As a mother, it’s devastating to hear, especially in my community,” a mother of a former student at the school told the website. “If this is true, oh definitely, her career is done.”

HAMILTON, Ohio — An Ohio high school teacher and volleyball coach who pleaded guilty to sexual misconduct with a student has lost her teaching license.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reports 31-year-old Hilary Dattilo, who looks like the dopey love-child of Kenny G and the bully Ralphie beat up in A Christmas story, had her teaching license revoked earlier this month after she pleaded guilty to a felony charge of gross sexual imposition.

Police began investigating the former Hamilton High School teacher after parents reported possible inappropriate contact between Dattilo and a 16-year-old girl.

Schools Superintendent Larry Knapp says Dattilo started working at the district in August, and she was placed on unpaid leave in December.

Dattilo faces up to 18 months in prison at her sentencing, scheduled for July 31.

She will have to register as a sex offender as part of her plea deal.
