June 13, 2008Two years earlier, Bradway had been replaced as GM of the Jets by Mike Tannenbaum, but he was asked to stay on as a consultant to Tanny and the Jets. On this date, June 13, 2008, Bradway was promoted to Senior Personnel Executive. Terry Bradway, the man responsible for Dewayne Robertson, Doug Jolley and Mike Nugent, would remain part of the Jets front office until January 2015 when he was let go by new GM Mike Maccagnan after 14 seasons with the team.

well maybe not nugent. he's still very good and playing. but man, talk about a guy rising to his levl of incompetence. bradway was supposed to be a very good scout when he came over from the chiefs. he made some pretty strange moves and didn't understand the cap very well.
