There's a BIG ASS DIFFERENCE between "resisting arrest" and trying to fight a damn cop and pulling a gun, FUCK.

Pull a gun and you think you're citation is gonna be "resisting arrest" ?

Police asked her if she wanted to go willingly or be arrested for trespassing, she replied do what you have to do. Thats actually accepting and acknowledging the polices authority in that situation, even though you disagree with the cunt flight attendants. At no time did she go for the police officers gun, strike a police officer, or scream and move towards them saying the shit ends today. She saw them as mediators in the situation not the cause of the situation or the enemy, unlike the fucking straight up street thugs the world over who eventually push authority so far it one day pushes back. You think that was garners first run in with the police, or Browns. They know the situation better then most criminal lawyers. When a person let alone a cop comes along and is face to face with someone that has nothing to live for, its a dangerous situation.
