Haven't seen it myself...but my guess is because we can't just have any any Willy nilly tweets or social media source not be vetted before rebroadcast to the world as truth or fact. Geez. I was in downtown Atlanta about 10 years ago when the same thing occurred. Prisoner shot a judge and 2 others. He was on the loose in downtown Atlanta. Traffic at a standstill, im sitting in my car trying to get to the freeway and the radio went to "alert mode", that is, an emergency warning. They did not describe him as black. Literally, a man with a gun is on the loose 3 blocks from me and they warn me to look for a 6 foot man. Dont you think it would be helpful to know if he was Asian for example? Liberal Media is in fact dangerous. Remember how the media "fucked" with the Travon Martin tapes to make it sound like Zimmerman said.."He is black", when in fact they asked him. Yet that gets cut from the tape. Criminal press. |

So unilaterally make the decision to indict rather than use a grand jury.
Seems like he is just trying to appease. If he felt a grand jury would indict he would have used one. Petit jury is chosen from the same pool of people grand juries are. Cant avoid them.
The protests and riots are coming either way.
