So now it's the Russians' trying to manipulate American politics. Did Putin write those emails? And I thought Russia was not our geo-political for? I distinctly remember Obama laughing at Romney for even suggesting it. Frankly, if the leaks came from Russia, it is truly ironic that we have to rely on Russia for transparency in our own politics. And, Hillary should be shitting a brick since Assange says they have more and the next leak will ensure her arrest. Exactly. And remember Obama promising that his would be the most transparent administration in history and that they would protect whistleblowers? They have done just the opposite. I have my issues with the Snowdens and WikiLeaks of the world but this isn't classified state secrets being posted on the internet. This is just them exposing a corrupt and disingenuous political party. And the worst part is the overwhelming majority of print/tv/social media and academia are not only compliant but they also collude with them. This is not the democratic party of JFK. In fact if he was to give his "ask not what your country could do for you ..." speech today he would probably be booed off the stage at the DNC. Sickening news aside; well done. If Russia is behind it, and wants to see Trump president, I think you'd better ask yourself what their motives are. Do you think Russia wants trump so Putin can have a beer with him, or does Russia want the worst president in to make their lives easier? I thought he didn't want Trump; but turmoil. I read about similar stealth-cyber-physical attacks; as the Russian fingerprint was on the takedown of a 225,000 megawatt slurpee in the Ukraine. The site said Putin wants to show the Ukraine power companies as unreliable; end game is a "stranglehold on (the peninsula)". Political propoganda will accompany the new power bills; natch. let's hear from flushing |

You guys are making this way more complicated than it really is.
The Russians and the Saudis compete for the European oil market. Hillary is clearly in bed with the Saudis. Russia is essentially a petro state and wants to make inroads with Trump with hopes of doing better business in Europe. If Hillary wins, Putin knows the Saudis are going to take over the market and the already weak Russian economy is going to take a major hit.

It will backfire on them just like everything else. What he did yesterday was force the media to start talking about the server and the emails again. The average person is more concerned with the fact that there was a rogue server with classified information on it to begin with. That is the real reckless or "beyond the pale" (phrase of the day for yesterday) behavior. Donald isn't my boy. Im not in love with him. He concerns me. But I would pick him over Hillary every time. She is bought and sold just like he says and probably a bigger hawk than Bush or Cheney. |
