hbr.org/2016/07/why-diversity-programs-failVery interesting piece. TL;DR It basically just contradicts human behavior. People don't like to be mandated what to do and when they are they are more likely to have biases. But when managers are asked to simply find a greater variety of employees and are given proper tools they respond positively and diversity is improved.

funny how all of the harvard and ivy educated presidents over the past few terms don't seem to understand this. look at how obozo just keep ramming the crap down our throats from every agency with zero regard for results. hillarity will be more of the same.

When I hear a politician has a Harvard or Yale Law degree I view it as a negative now. Almost much as the label "constitutional lawyer".
