Tough to read stuff like this and not wonder if i'm over thinking the whole Fournette thing. Add to that the unflattering news coming out about Cook. Here was the blurb from Walterfootball. The combine interviews and pre-draft visits are going to be very important for Dalvin Cook. There are some minor off-the-field concerns regarding Cook; not so much with his character, but the company he keeps. Cook is said to have an entourage that has some real thugs. These friends have teams worried that it could be dangerous for Cook to continue hanging around them. Teams are concerned that Cook drinks a heavy amount and could have some challenges with his focus from having multiple kids with multiple women. They think that leaving the state of Florida would be good for Cook's long-term career and could help him to focus on becoming a professional. However, some team sources are worried the entourage will follow Cook wherever he goes, as that was the case at Florida State. Thus, it would help Cook to go to a team with established leadership in the locker room that can help steer him in the right direction. Read more at walterfootball.com/seniorbowl2017rumors4.php#TGqBGGhO2Cp7AXvg.99Not surprised. Been hoping to this was not good to follow him out of college, but insert wish in one hand shit in the other expression here. Wtf, pulling out not a thing anymore? I still love the kid and believe he's going to rise to meet whatever challenges come his way... but Fournette. Yea.

(btw, I am currently & secretly in love with D'Onta Foreman. Give him a green & white 44 already and make me happy)

He also has decent speed for a big guy and took quite a few long runs to the house. He reminds me of Lamont Jordan. I'm not sure he's a true #1 RB, but he'd be a great 1B.

Saw Trai Turner is about to get paid after back to back probowls at Guard... man. how many mock drafts did i have him to us in round 3? Surely if this lowly bum from canada can see the value there, a GM in the NFL can too.
Dexter McDougle >> Trai Turner -J. Idzik

Bump. Maybe this will get this place going again especially with the combine only a week away.

I've seen a couple of mocks that have Mike Williams in the mid to late 1st round. I guess I'm a little surprised by this. If we could trade back a bit and still land him would be great.

What do you guys think of Carlos Henderson, WR out of LA Tech? Been hearing a lot of buzz about him lately as a potential day 2 pick. Watched a couple of his tapes last night, and the guy looks a lot like Jarvis Landry -- about the same size, not going to wow anyone with his 40, but he is always open, and when he catches the ball, he is a YAC machine. Never seems to be stopped by the first defender. And he was a kick returner too.
Concern is his level of comeptition at LA Tech. The CBs he was beating all day are not NFL caliber CBs.

Never heard of him, so that is a nice find and an even better comparison. I absolutely loved Landry coming out and I see the similarities based on that tape. He already looks polished as a route runner and catches the ball nicely. Also has some nice wiggle, to bad that tape was against TT because they were dreadful on defense last year. He also plays tough and that was the main attribute I loved about Landry. Thank god Idzik picked Amaro over him and he went to a division rival.

The only other tape they have of him up at Draft Breakdown is against W Kentucky. And its more of the same. Never really went up against a top D-1 defense with NFL caliber corners. Too bad he is a junior, would have loved to see him at the Sr Bowl.
