I'm all in on Falk. Kid has every tool to succeed at the next level and even though he's in a Mike Leach offense he's very polished. He's looking off safeties on screen passes, moves well in the pocket, progresses through his reads, good arm with a fast release, and most important he is dead on accurate with touch. After looking around most have him pegged as a third-fourth rounder. I don't see it and I believe he'll go much higher. Based solely on arm talent, Falk is the best QB prospect if he chooses to declare. As far as reading defenses and the such, as with any college QB, that will be determined once he steps foot on an NFL practice field. Leach's system is incredibly simple, not Falks fault, but will be a question mark for him. Despite the gaudy numbers I think Falk's "reputation" is actually hurt by playing in Leach's system. I like him, I just don't know how high I would draft him. As far as the Jets go, I highly doubt we see any QB drafted in 2017.

Yep If I had to put money on it, I'd say the Jets make a move for Romo in the offseason and go into 2017 with Romo, Hackenberg, and Petty/cheap vet as the 3 QB's on the roster.

Ironically I don't think he has the strongest arm but it's plenty good enough. I see a guy that has the "it" factor. He goes through his progressions and when he scans the open guy you see a quick flick of the wrist and a perfectly placed ball. His receivers don't help him either with tons of drops on beautifully placed balls. I almost never like the QB's coming out but I do like him. When all is said and done I think he's a first rounder, definitely not lower than the 2nd.

I hate this idea, but I think if we are going the veteran starter direction, I think Cutler is more likely than Romo. Not sure if Romo has a no-trade clause, but if he does, I doubt he waives it for the jets. I can see him going to Denver for a year if Elway is not ready to turn to Lynch in 2017 -- but to go to a rebuilding Jets team, I don't see it. And for teh record, so there is no room for misunderstanding, I would hate to see Cutler as a Jet -- but we have had that Chicago - NY pipeline going for a couple of years and it would be a Woody-type move.

I really like Dan Skipper out of Arkansas. Guy is a fucking mountain at 6'10 320 and a natural fit at RT. Just straight up pushes dudes around in the running game. Doesn't have the incredibly sloppy footwork of a Zach Banner either. I'll have to check him out. I'm also not a fan of Banner but I'd burn a late pick on him, if he ever gets in better shape you could have a monster at RT. It's doubtful it ever happens, that's why I'm only using a late pick on him. I take it back....Banner sucks.

Anyone have any thoughts on Deshone Kizer? He has nice physical tools, but he stares down his receivers and I never see him move off his first read. Reminds me of Geno at WVU.
