You pretty much have to look at a contract extension right?

Crazy is my middle name. In all seriousness, the only way I see Rex getting extended is if we win out.

Rex should be gone regardless Just to be clear, if the Jets win ALL of their remaining games you think the Head Coach should be fired?

Rex should be gone regardless Just to be clear, if the Jets win ALL of their remaining games you think the Head Coach should be fired? Yes What changes exactly if we win the rest of our meaningless games? Besides worse draft position and there being no hope whatsoever of drafting a potential franchise QB like Mariota or Winston? Hell, we wouldn't even be in position to draft someone like Amari Cooper, Randy Gregory, Brandon Scherff or maybe even DeVante Parker if that ends up being the case. Even if we win out, we'd still be missing the playoffs for the 4th straight year. We'd still have a gigantic question mark at the QB position with no longterm answer in sight. This team needs a culture change. I'm not falling for anymore of Rex's bullshit. He's a laid back, relatable guy but he just isn't the answer for this team. I'm not someone who thinks that Rex is just absolutely dreadful and brings nothing to the table. I just think that eventually there comes a time where it's best for both parties to go their separate ways. And that time has certainly come.

You pretty much have to look at a contract extension right? He got an extension last year, he is under the Jets control for two more years.

I'm ready for a change, and a team that can score some damn points.

I'm thinking 3-4 years with guarantees so we can attract some GM's and OC's who can actually come with some job security. Nobody wants to work for a coach that has no guarantees

Rex has gotten too much credit for the team not quitting. They are doing their fucking jobs for fucks sake. How about they win games when the season is on the line rather than their jobs.
