Fucking comcast. Somehow they decided that I live in the St. Louis marketplace (even though I am over 300 miles from St. Louis) so the game is blacked out here. If I was actually paying for the Center Ice package that I have been getting all season, I would really be pissed. Comcast blows....get directv. I just bought a new UD 4k Tv and the last two games are not even broadcast in HD. Can't wait till I get my directv back. |

I got center ice, and I get MSG. When they played in Uniondale, they'd be blacked out on MSG. That's why I have Center ice. This year, I can watch them on MSG. Not sure if it's because they moved to Brooklyn and it's now considered my local market, or if it's because I have center ice. Might have wasted $$ on center ice.  |

Additionally I live closer to Uniondale than manhattan, yet I used to get Rangers and devils games as local, and isles blacked out. Whatev

Looks like they got it straightened out now. At least I can watch the 3rd period -- too bad I missed Tavares goal of the year entry in the first.

They have not cut off access to the Extra Innings channels, so I am getting Center Ice for free. They will probably cut it off at some point and then I will decide if I want to buy a partial season. So I couldn't call to complain about them blacking out a game I haven't paid for. |

Whew, I was shitting myself the last 5 minutes. Yup. Always have to sweat out the last few minutes. Thought it was going to come back to bite us when Bailey's shot at the empty net was blocked. I credit Rob for this streak -- it started when he got rid of the Cappy avatar. Next September, he may need a Bowles avatar for a week or two just to change it back. |
