And what the fuck is up with Ladd? I guess there's a reason why he was on two teams last year. He has generated some pretty good opportunities, but just cannot seem to finish. I thought he looked pretty good with Zeeker and Clutterbuck in the 3rd last night (only period I was able to catch). LOL, and I saw him on the fourth line and thought it was a demotion. |

Greiss basically kept them in the game for the 2nd and 3rd periods. They were lucky it was only 3-2, the Habs outplayed them by a lot.
Ladd seems to be working hard, hes not floating around like some wingers we've had in years past, and hes just not finishing. Gave one up the other night to set up JT.
Beau looks like hes going to stick for the year, Barzal not so much - not necessarily because of himself, just because with JT-Strome-Nelson-Zeeker, not much of a place to play at center.

Fortunately, our defensemen can score, because we are getting nothing out of any forwards not named John Tavares. 8 of our last 9 goals now are from either the D or JT. Need some of the other forwards to step up.
