We came into the game as the 15th seed in the AFC. We won and Jacksonville & Indy lost. We passed Jacksonville and have moved into a tie with Indy, Since we have a better conference record than the Colts, we now hold the 13th seed.
Progress.

They, and Andrew Luck are the most overrated thing ever. So tired of hearing how "elite" this neckbeard is. And they are softer than split pea baby shit!

Petty got valuable experience in a regular season huddle. _ Have to admit. I kind of hoped Bowles would send him out for the sevond half.

bright spots? probably the best second half the jets have played all season. i was fully expecting fitz to lay a real egg given his history of not playing well when coming from behind. that first td in the second half was super important. they don't score there and maybe they don't win.
as for players, fitz played well enough. marshall caight some key passes as did enunwa and anderson. heck a tight end caught a pass. powell had some excellent runs and forte did too.
on defense wilk got a sack on a key play and the dline did keep pressure on mcnown. pryor had two nice hits, one that prvented a first down and the other that caused the int by mauldin. gilchrst got and int. too bad he was touched by the receiver and went down before getting a good return.
the special teams didn't allow any long run backs. edwards nearly muffed a punt. at least marshall tried some run backs on a couple of punts.

Enunwa continues to be a bright spot on the season. Play of the game may have been the one on the first drive of the second half when he ripped the ball out of Jamar Taylor's hands to prevent a pick. On the other hand, if Q does not make the play, and Fitz opens up the 2nd half with a pick after a 3-14 first half, maybe Petty would have gotten his shot.

I did not notice the Dline getting any pressure on anybody

Lorenzo Mauldin made a "linebacker" play.
..... However, it only happened because he was unable to effectively rush the QB and he found himself so far away from the QB when the ball was passed that he was able to intercept a deflected ball.
