It should be finished by the middle of his second term.
It's a big expensive project. 6 years to build an 18-30 foot wall going 6 feet down for nearly 2000 miles? Covered with wetback repelant spikes?

So I'm seeing the theory floated in several places that because what Trump signed wasn't a budget, he has the authority to move money anyway he likes. He also doesn't have to spend any money that he doesn't want to. So he can take 20 billion from the Defense budget and build the wall under the guise of Narional defense. He can also choose not to spend money in Sanctuary states and he can not spend money on Planned Parenthood. If this is true man the next six months are gonna be a blast.
