Again, this only matters to people who live in precincts that will go blue by 20 pts regardless of the candidate.
At this point you guys need to find a likeable black candidate. Spiking the black vote at 95% with big turnout is your only chance of winning if your strategy is going to be keeping score on things real people dont give a shit about.
"Is my husband back to work?" "Can I afford my health insurance and pay my bills?" If the answer is yes, those precious counties will stay red.
