I bet Sec is having a hell of a time. As he should be. Can you imagine? No team I've ever loved has ever won anything. I dream of the day where I can feel like SEC right now I'm still clinging to the 86 Mets when I was 13 years old. It's no wonder why some of us are so salty.

Texas vs USC in 05 or that game tonight? That's a tough one.

Jets Super Bowl, 2 Knicks titles in the 70s (When I still gave a shit about the NBA), Mets WS in 69 & 86, 4 Stanley Cups in the early 80s. Even a Final Four appearance from Penn. All before I turned 26. 30 years since, and I got nothing but a handful of near misses.

Atlanta was waiting to see who they'd lose to in the SB. That was my best shot. I felt like was waiting forever to win the fucker, as a 32 year old, and a 23 year Jets fanatic. I'm still waiting. But at least I had my Yanks through the years. The Knicks are losing me. I think the Jets will win before they do.

Thanks for all the Conratulations boys!!!
Not a bad game huh? Obviously that was the best football game I have ever attended. These past two seasons have been so much fun to be involved in.
NFL potential aside, Watson has so much poise and confidence, doesn't get rattled and just keeps grinding.
I was skeptical about the Dabo hire at first but, after a couple seasons you could see that he was building a program and a culture. When you look at the type of players CU is recruiting now vs. ten years ago, it's night and day.
It was fun night, and now time to spend some money buying some National Championship gear.

So does he succeed Saban when Saban retires? Too soon? _

I've gotta say this and it's kind of a sad commentary but I thoroughly enjoyed watching that game last night because I had absolutely zero skin in the game- didn't care who won or who lost, just wanted to see some exciting football.
I don't hate Alabama, don't love them either. Same for Clemson.
There was no player that I was pulling for big time like Marcus against FSU 2 years ago in the prelim.
All too often my NFL football viewing is purely based on rooting against a team or a player(s) I hate. Because the Jets suck.
Last night was like watching a really good minor league baseball game where I knew no one playing.
Just the excitement of the game. Some of those throws by Watson and catches by Renfrow and Williams, the run by Hurts at the end to nearly win it? An 18 year old cool cs and collected?
Geez I wish I didn't hate so many NFL teams and douchebag players.
