Bowl season is upon us, my friends.
Lots of games and match ups of intrigue, but I'm gonna kick it off by saying I can't wait for W. Michigan vs Wisconsin. That Bronco offense with Corey Davis, steppin' into the ring with a local heavyweight... the narrative writes itself

Compelling matchup this AM: 5-7 Miss State vs 6-6 Miami (OH). Too many bowl games. Too many teams. Only thing worth watching in this one is Miss State OT Martinas Rankin who Pauline mentioned as a kid to watch at that position. draftanalyst.com/da-draft-buzz-december-19thAlmost no one talks about JUCO transfer Martinas Rankin, who lined up on the left side for Mississippi State this year. According to scouts, Rankin lined up against seven potential top-75 picks -- Jonathan Allen, Ryan Anderson and Tim Williams of Alabama, Arden Key of LSU, Carl Lawson of Auburn, Daeshon Hall of Texas A&M and Marquis Haynes of Mississippi -- and gave up just 1.5 sacks. Teams feel if Rankin enters the draft he projects as a top-75 selection.

I'm pumped for this FSU vs Mich game. Lots of good prospects. For FSU Dalvin Cook RB, Marquez White CB, Demarcus Walker DE, Derrick Nnadi DT, Roderick Johnson OT, and Travis Rudolph. For Mich Jabril Peppers S/LB, Amara Darboh WR, Jake Butt TE, Chris Wormley DT, Ryan Glasgow DT, Taco Charlton DE, Jourdan Lewis CB, and Channing Stribling CB.

Not sure if I believe Peppers being "injured". He's probably worried about getting exposed by Cook and teams realizing he has no true position. You'd have to tailor your defense around him to make him effective.

What a fucking punt by Michigan and what a dumb play by Murray.

What a fucking punt by Michigan and what a dumb play by Murray. But a great goal line stand limited the damage. FSU is flying around the field tonight.

If Macc passes on Cook and reaches for another player I will punch him in the dick. Also Taco is pretty legit.

I don't understand how Francois has survived this season. He takes some huge hits. Every game.

Even tho Mich is ranked higher I don't think they can keep up with FSU's speed. This almost always happens when a Big 10 team plays the ACC. OSU is the only one recently that can keep up.

I was just thinking that Michigan had survived the early onslaught and was getting the game under control. Then 93 yards and a TD.

Cook is amazing. We haven't had a HR hitter since Leon Washington, but Cook is 10x the player. Figures both are from FSU.
