There are three free agents i would love to see in a jets uniform, although all three would probably be cost prohibitive. 1. Eric Berry. A top safety who would provide leadership on the back end of the defense. Might even turn Pryor's career around. 2. Terrell Pryor. A big, fast, WR, with an upside, and youth. He'd be our #1 guy. pair him with Anderson and Enumwa, and we have a quality threesome. 3. Trumaine Johnson. Had somewhat of an off year, but is a quality corner. With a Cb rich draft, we can have our secondary built when the year starts,
Obviously those are just a few options. Are there any cheaper options that could provide some leadership on our defense and offense, and in the locker room? lets hear it.

Berry will not be leaving KC, they won't let him
Trumaine Johnson, sign me up... Pryor I have mixed feelings on, he looked good in some games this year (still learning how to play WR) - but lets not forget we brought him in to work him out last year and didn't sign him so i doubt that we would look again

Pryor seems to be one of the most disliked players in the NFL by other players. I don't know why, but there has to be some reason. After last year's locker room situation, I'd pass.

Did not know that about Pryor. Had a good year considering who he played for. Still young with some upside. If's he's not a team first guy, we should pass. gonna read up on that problem stuff with him.

Andrew Whitworth - Even at 35, he's still one of the Top 5 LT's in the game. Perfect hold the fort guy at LT for the next 2 years while we groom someone or draft an OT high next year. Every other LT on the market I trust about as far as I could throw their fat asses.
Marcus Cooper - Long, physical CB who excels in press coverage and won't break the bank.
Melvin Ingram - Athletic passrusher who is also adept at dropping back in coverage.

Wishful thinking.

Evidently, he's a real arrogant guy, who loves to trash talk. players don't like it, because he hasn't backed it up on the field. Don't know if that changes my mind about pursuing him. Seems like he's finally settled in at WR.

I think he's well liked in his lockeroom. It's opposing teams who've been jawing with him... And honestly, good for Pryor. Who the fuck else switches positions at 26 years old and dominates like Pryor? No one? Ever? He has ever right to be jawing. His first year playing WR and he went for a G-note... in the NFL! I can just imagine the kind trash talk he's getting from DBs. And he's just serving it right back at 'em. Love Pryor. That said, he needs to stay in CLE. For everyone's sake.

Tony Jefferson One of these guys --AJ Bouye/ T. Johnson / Gilmore
Would love an edge rusher but doubt we have money to sign 3 big FA especially with how much money is going to be out there this year . Bunch of teams have big money to spend

Maybe he is in Cleveland. I haven't read that, but doesn't mean it's not the case. He was despised at OSU, that was reported on multiple occasions. His former Browns teammate Brian Hartline was less than complimentary as well. People can change though.

Pryor was a kid. i say sign him up, if available. Well the link isn't working. Alex Boone, an Ohio state teammate says he was an arrogant asshole. he admits to having alcohol troubles at the time. Boone is a starting guard for the 49's. That is Boone admitted to the drinking problems
