A U.S. Judge enacted a Temporary ban on the TRAVEL BAN recently citing that "no one is above the law; not even the President"
The President was rightly pissed at this(see twitter) and the U.S. Justice Department will take this to court to get an Emergency stay on this STUPID-AS-FUCK decision.
The question I have to ask is if "No one is above the law", is a U.S. Judge above the PRESIDENT?
I mean this U.S. judge isn't even in the Supreme Court.
(I foresee this fucktard to suffer the same fate as that now-EX Attorney General.)

Thank the Lord (although these two would not) that Liberals are arguing that this is a REAL issue when it comes to dealing with anything related to the Muslim Religion.
And they've been saying this to deaf liberal ears for a few years now (it's funny how stupid Ben Afleck is)

There are 3 branches, which should provide a system of checks and balances to prevent a dictatorship. As for your other question. This was a Federal judge. Not a "so called judge", which he was referred to by Trump. Which was stunning in its disrespect. Hate the decision all you want, a Federal judge should be respected. And it is a lifetime appointment to the bench. (In this case by Bush). This judge is going nowhere.

You find calling a federal judge "so called" acceptable? I'm going to be really interested in your answer to this basic question. If you do, then you are a hopeless partisan. Debating/discussing subjects with you is a waste of our collective time.

The left and dems have called trump much worse. Were you upset when John Lewis said trump was an illegitimate president?

He's been that way his whole life and during the entire campaign. To expect him to do a 180 after he got into office isn't realistic.

This judge is a judicial activist that they knew they could go to to get a decision that favored them. Just like the NFLPA always goes to David Doty in MN bc they know he will side with labor. His decision will be overturned on appeal. It will then go to the SC but by then the "ban" will be over anyway.

Porgyman, why do you get bent out of shape about Trumps comment, and don't address the poll that Sonny posted? I mean, you talk about fucking squirters and post pics of hot Muslim chicks, don't act like you really get offended by Trumps shit.

I feel Trump was wrong to call the judge "so-called", but it was far worse for Lewis to question Trump's presidency. Then again, I'm a moderate in my views, so that means they get little attention. What say you, porgyman?

Jesus..That's fucked up. I hope Trump discovers this and does something about putting term limits for Fed Judges. Of course he should do that AFTER replacing this Judge which he is well within his POWER to do so. He's the fucking President after all.

What say you, porgyman ? Wrong to call the judge "so-called"? Jetworks, Trump could've called the Judge a billion other things that are much much much worse than just a lame-ass "so-called" remark. It's this PC-society BULLSHIT that's turned this country into a mish-mosh of snowflakes, hurt feelings, and all-around pussy-dom. I wouldn't call that judge "so-called". I would call that Judge....FIRED.
