* good size and length
* plays with some nastiness
* stout in the run game and pass game
* has some athletic ability on the move in the run game
* I did notice him reaching 1 or 2x while getting to the second level in the run game
* I think the Alabama scheme protected him a little bit in the pass game as you don't see a lot of plays where the QB just drops back and scans the field
* I may be wrong, but I think he is going to have problems with speed rushers as both Garrett and Auburn gave him problems while running up the arc
* I think he is more of a RT than a LT
* Reminds me a little bit of Andre Smith

I always go into these breakdowns with a clean slate on the player but I must admit that I wanted to hate Cam Robinson because of the off field shit. Too my surprise I really like his game after watching the Bama and Auburn tapes.
Pros: Big guy with a great frame Went against top competition Mauler in the running game Good but not great feet and that's why some are projecting him to RT (more on that later) Uses a great wide base Uses his hands well with a violent punch Walls off his man and is proficient in getting correct leverage Decent to good at the second level
Cons: He's a thug He doesn't have top level LT feet but I think he'll improve as he matures(I think he can play LT) Doesn't always play to the whistle For some odd reason he can be slow off the snap on occasion(not worried about that)
Overall: I like him and think he'll eventually be a LT at the next level. Worst case scenario he turns into a great RT because all of the tools are there. If they can determine that his arrest was a one time thing of being in the wrong place at the wrong time I'd love to draft him, and yes I realize the charges were dropped.

Rob, my one concern on the tape was at the end of the first half in the A&M game. When the Bama QB was dropping back in an obvious passing situation and the DEs could just pin their ears back and rush, Garrett was really giving Cam difficulty with the outside rush. On the other hand, its Garrett and he does that to everybody.

Do you like him at number 6? No, because I fear that when he gets that initial contract his game goes to shit. I do think talent wise he is worthy of a top 10 pick but you know I always have qualms when it comes to the off the field stuff because it is so important.

When I watch his wide base and kick slide I think he'll hold up as a LT at the next level. One other concern was that he had a ton of help when going against Garrett but I don't think it was designed that way on purpose.

I would give a kidney to have Garrett on the squad. Imagine a front 4 of Jenkins - Williams - Wilkerson - Garrett going after the QB?

Is there a wow factor anywhere in his game? Can he "lead" a line?...

I like him and I don't say that about many prospects. I haven't watched a ton of him this year, but listening to people and watching a couple games he had a great season. Last year he was terrible after an amazing freshman year. He shut down some great players, but like you said he's a thug. He kind of reminds me of a more athletic Brandon Albert. He'd be one of the best RTs in the league, but you'd still play him at LT. When he's on his game he's one of the best. Like Cook you need a babysitter for him, which drops him out of the top 10 for me.

I think he's a LT at the next level if he doesn't fall into the "I've made it, lets party" type of player. I don't get the Brandon Albert comps....more like a more athletic DJ Fluker.

I think he's a LT at the next level too, but I think his drive and commitment makes him a slightly above avg LT and great RT like Albert. Again he's twice the athlete Albert was, but I still think they will have have the same impact. A good starter that gets two big contracts, but doesn't stick with a team.
